GIRIN's
Elravie Re2O
ECM Booster
An ECM-based injectable treatment designed to support skin density, visible pores, fine texture and early loss of firmness,
without the projected look of conventional filler.
A structural approach to skin quality.
ELRAVIE RE2O is an injectable extracellular matrix treatment made from processed human acellular dermal matrix, or hADM.
Cellular components are removed during processing while extracellular-matrix components, including collagen, elastin, proteins and proteoglycans, are retained. Rather than creating a projected or sculpted result, RE2O is designed for patients who want gradual improvement in the structural quality of the skin.
Its main appeal is the ability to address several early skin-aging concerns at once: reduced density, visible pores, fine texture, delicate-area thinning and early loss of firmness. The result is intended to look subtle and integrated rather than filler-like.
Different formulations for different areas.
RE2O treatment is selected according to skin thickness, treatment area and the main concern. The full-face and delicate-area options are designed for different treatment needs.
RE2O for Full-Face Skin Quality
For broader facial concerns such as reduced density, visible pores, uneven texture and early loss of firmness.
- Full-face skin density and texture
- Visible pores and reduced elasticity
- Subtle, gradual refinement
RE2O Fine for Delicate Areas
For thinner, more delicate skin, especially around the eyes, when the goal is improved skin quality rather than added volume.
- Crepey under-eye texture
- Fine lines and reduced density
- Not a substitute for tear-trough filler
At GIRIN, every treatment begins with a comprehensive in-person consultation to evaluate your skin condition and determine whether full-face RE2O, RE2O Fine, or another treatment will deliver the best results.
Focused benefits for overall skin quality.
RE2O is designed to support the skin’s structural environment, making it most relevant for early changes in density, texture and firmness.
Fine Lines
Helps improve the appearance of delicate, shallow lines caused by declining skin quality.
Visible Pores
May refine the look of pores when reduced elasticity and density are contributing factors.
Skin Density
Supports a denser, more resilient appearance in skin that looks thin or depleted.
Firmness & Texture
Helps skin appear smoother, more supported and more refined over time.
Structural changes that continue over time.
Reference histology data illustrates progressive collagen- and elastin-related changes between three and six months after treatment.
This type of evidence helps explain why RE2O is positioned as a gradual skin-quality treatment rather than an instant volumizing procedure. Changes in density and structural support may continue to develop after the initial treatment period.
What can be considered alongside RE2O?
Different treatments address different tissue layers. RE2O may be incorporated into a broader plan when skin quality, laxity, pores or scarring need to be treated separately.
Thermage FLX
Often considered when skin density concerns are accompanied by mild laxity or reduced firmness. Treatment order and timing are doctor-planned.
Ultherapy Prime
May be discussed when deeper lifting support is needed in addition to surface-level skin-quality improvement.
Rejuran HB Plus
May be considered alongside Re2O when dryness, a weakened skin barrier, or reduced elasticity are concerns. Rejuran supports hydration, barrier recovery, and skin resilience for a more balanced result.
Combination treatments are tailored to your skin condition and recommended after consultation.
RE2O, Rejuran or Juvelook?
All three can support skin quality, but they use different materials and suit different treatment priorities.

|---|---|---|---|
| Main material | hADM-derived ECM | Salmon-derived PN | PDLLA + hyaluronic acid |
| Main approach | Provides ECM components | Supports recovery, skin condition, and improves skin barrier | Stimulates gradual collagen production |
| Common priorities | Density, pores, elasticity, texture | Recovery, hydration, fine lines | Pores, acne scars, texture |
| Filler-like projection | No | No | No |
| Often considered for | Structural skin quality | General recovery and condition | Collagen stimulation and textural remodeling |
No treatment is universally better. Selection should be based on your skin condition, treatment area and main concern.
RE2O compared with filler.
Both may improve how the face looks, but they solve different problems. RE2O focuses on skin quality;
filler provides controlled structural volume.
RE2O is mainly considered for
- Reduced skin density
- Fine or crepey texture
- Visible pores and early firmness loss
- Subtle improvement without projected volume
Filler is mainly considered for
- Cheek or temple volume loss
- Pronounced tear-trough hollowing
- Chin projection
- Structural contour correction
Doctor-led precision
at every step.
RE2O treatment is not defined by the product alone.
Preparation, planning, injection technique and aftercare are tailored to the patient and treatment area.
Customized Preparation Ratio
RE2O is prepared according to the treatment area, skin thickness and intended injection technique for consistent, controlled delivery.
Personalized Treatment Planning
The doctor evaluates skin density, pores, texture, elasticity, under-eye condition and facial volume before designing the treatment plan.
Advanced Injection Technique
Injection depth, placement and delivery technique are selected according to the treatment area to support precision, comfort and a natural-looking result.
Natural, Skin-Quality-Focused Approach
The goal is not simply to inject the product, but to improve skin density, texture, elasticity and overall skin quality in a subtle and balanced way.
Combination Treatment Expertise
The doctor determines when RE2O alone may be sufficient and when Thermage, Ultherapy, Rejuran or another treatment may better address concerns at different tissue layers.
Individualized Aftercare
Patients receive post-treatment guidance based on the treated area, injection method and individual skin response.

What is the difference between RE2O and RE2O Fine?
RE2O is generally used for broader full-face skin-quality concerns, while RE2O Fine may be selected for thinner or more delicate areas such as the under-eye region. Product selection depends on the area, skin thickness and treatment goal.
Is RE2O a skin booster?
RE2O is commonly grouped with skin boosters, but it is more accurately described as an hADM-derived extracellular matrix treatment.
Is RE2O made from human tissue?
Yes. RE2O is made from processed human dermal tissue. Cellular components are removed while extracellular-matrix components are retained.
Can RE2O be combined with Thermage?
It may be included in a plan with Thermage when appropriate. The order and interval should be selected by the doctor according to the treatment area, device depth and skin condition.
Is RE2O more comfortable than Rejuran?
RE2O is often described as relatively manageable, but discomfort varies according to the treatment area, injection technique, anaesthetic protocol and individual sensitivity.
Does RE2O leave injection bumps?
Temporary raised marks may occur. Their appearance and duration depend on treatment depth, technique and individual response.
When will I see results?
Results develop gradually. Some patients may notice earlier changes in texture or firmness, while density and pore appearance may take several weeks to become more noticeable.
How many sessions are recommended?
The number of sessions depends on skin condition, treatment area and desired result. Girin’s recommended protocol should be confirmed during consultation.
Where can I find the aftercare instructions?
Girin’s general post-treatment guidance is available on the Post-Treatment Guidelines page. Follow the individualized instructions provided by the treating medical team.
Are there side effects?
Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness or small raised areas may occur. No injectable treatment is completely risk-free, and suitability should be assessed before treatment.
Find the treatment that fits your skin.
RE2O may be suitable for skin density, visible pores, fine texture or early loss of firmness. A consultation helps determine whether RE2O, RE2O Fine, Rejuran, Juvelook, filler or an energy-based treatment better matches your concern.
