What is Long Nose Surgery?


A long nose is a type of nose that is long, with a droopy tip and a hump on the nose bridge. 

A long nose may make the face look unfeminine and old.

Surgery Methods

Alar Cartilage Repositioning

 The alar cartilage is repositioned to shorten the nose.

The nasal septum may be trimmed is some cases.

Muscle Repositioning

In some cases, the muscle that pulls down the nose tip may be repositioned.

Skin Removal

Some excess skin and tissue may be removed.
